Therapy Style

Learning to managing life’s stressors is one of the most profound skills you can learn while in therapy, but that isn’t always enough. In addition to teaching you some fundamental life skills, l am also dedicated to helping you find value and meaning in your life, supporting you in cultivating healing, and empowering you to grow as a human being. I welcome you as you are and will stand by you in every step of our therapy journey together.

In addition to private practice, I work as a psychiatric social worker in an acute care hospital. Through my work, I have found my passion for mental health and overall wellness. I believe in the importance of access to mental health services for all.

Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her BA in sociology from Saint Mary’s College of California ( Go Gaels!) and a Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Southern California.

In addition to her clinical practice, Erica is a wife, a mother to two children, and a believer in the beautiful fullness of life.
