“I will work with you to clarify your therapeutic goals”

Therapy Style

Therapy is a warm, inviting, non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to reflect on and understand yourself and bring awareness to your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and work through any challenges that are holding you back so that you can be free to be your most vibrant self.

I will work with you to clarify your therapeutic goals, and guide you toward uncovering the inner strengths and resources that can help you reach them.

I want to support you through the hard stuff. It is never easy to address areas of pain, unease, or discomfort. Know that you can find relief and heal. Part of therapy is addressing thoughts and behaviors which might be tearing you down and keeping you stuck. Stress and pain are unavoidable in our daily lives. But we can learn to increase awareness and replace unhealthy stress-promoting habits with mindful ones. In therapy, you can explore and learn one of the most important skills of your life: to be present for it.

I graduated from John F. Kennedy University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am honored and humbled to be working here at CMTI with a variety of clients. I would be honored and humbled to work with you!
