Therapy Style

My role is to support your process of self-discovery and healing.

As a deep listener attuned to you, I will assist you in cultivating your resilience to navigate your life at any stage.

Your goals will focus and guide our work toward greater awareness and change. My life experience, training, andopenness will support you on your journey toward greater emotional wellbeing.

My areas of focus are life transitions and adjustment, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, trauma, social justice, and relationship issues. My treatment approaches include Mindfulness, Existential, Psychodynamic, and Somatic.

I work with individuals, families, couples, and groups and look forward to supporting you on your journey of self discovery and healing.

I have a Master’s in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies focusing on how our spiritual values and beliefs intersect with our psychological yearnings and needs. I have a second Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute with a focus on strength-based therapy. In addition, I have worked in over twelve countries on a range of human rights projects focused on empowering people to live their fullest lives.
