SIMPLE & EASY

We understand how complex insurance company’s policies can be, so it is important to us to make it as simple and easy as possible.  We work directly with your insurance company for both in network and out of network PPO plans.  We complete all invoices and payments directly with your insurance

  • We are in network with the following insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Carelon (formerly Beacon), and Aetna PPO (pre-authorization required)

  • In addition to all of our In-Network plans we are also an approved out of network provider for most out of network PPO insurance plans. (Please contact your insurance for your out of network benefits and deductible information).

  • For your ease of mind we process all In-Network and Out of Network claims directly with your insurance companies.  

  • Monthly billing statement and/or a Superbill are available upon request. 

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and range from $125-$167 per session. 

  • Group sessions $30-$45 per group. Pre-registration required online (Space is limited).

  • Sliding scale available for low income individuals and families.

  • Cancellations within a 48 hour window will result in a half charge $60-$85. 

  • Cancellations made within the 24 hour window will result in a full charge $125-$167. Please note: Insurance companies cannot be charged for missed or cancelled sessions.

  • A valid credit card must be kept on file through our Therapy Notes Portal in order to process all payments, copayments, and missed sessions that do not adhere to our cancellation policy.

  • All payments and intake paperwork processed through Therapyportal.com via a link sent directly to your email by our administrative team. All paperwork must be completed before your first session. 

  • All payments, superbills, and billing are processed auto through our portal system.

  • Walnut Creek office offers free ample parking and wheelchair accessible via the building elevator located on the opposite side of the parking lot. Restrooms available on site.

  • Truckee office is located on the first floor with free ample parking. Restrooms available on site.

  • South Lake Tahoe office is located on the second floor. There is no elevator available at this location. Please contact our admin team or your clinician to arrange for alternative meeting options. Free ample parking and restrooms located on both floors.
