We want to help you find a therapy style that works best for you rather then have you conform to a "traditional" style of therapy that doesn't feel genuine.  No matter what your life goals might be it is always better to have someone support you and help you to be accountable for those goals.  Individual therapy helps you to keep track of the things you are working toward and identify your strengths along the way.  We find that people get so focused on all the things that are wrong that they forget to take the time to celebrate their strengths, victories, and achievements.  We can help you to develop skills that will give you room to grow and evolve into the best version of yourself, which can serve you through out your lifetime.  Here are a few goals often developed in individual therapy:

  • New perspectives and life skills that help you free yourself from habitual patterns of anxiety, depression, stress, or self criticism.
