Therapy Style
I work with individuals, both teens (15+) and adults, as well as couples. I do my best to offer a compassionate space to explore the complexities of life and relationships. At my core, I approach therapy through a client-centered, humanistic lens, informed by systems theory—believing that each person holds the wisdom and insight needed for their own healing and growth.
I believe that change begins with awareness and that all people are capable of change. My role is not to direct or fix, but to offer presence, curiosity, and care as you navigate your own experience. I view clients as the experts of their own lives and feel honored to witness their stories unfold.
Depending on your needs, I may integrate elements from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, and Narrative Therapy. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in respect for each person’s autonomy, identity, and lived experience. I am deeply committed to holding a space that is inclusive and culturally responsive.
I welcome and value working with people from all backgrounds. I’m here to offer a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.
