Therapy Style
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic, and somatic, blending evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques, and Trauma-Informed Care with a warm, authentic connection. I prioritize creating a safe, empowering space where you feel seen and respected, honoring your autonomy and unique healing journey. While being mindful of potential triggers, I also integrate elements of spirituality to support your self-discovery and growth.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress, overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, offering support and understanding as you navigate your unique journey.
Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system patterns that may be holding you back, so you can create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. With warmth, active listening, and deep understanding, I help you build self-trust, emotional resilience, and lasting change. I strive to make sure every part of you is welcome, without judgment, as we work toward healing.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, California, which has deeply influenced my approach to mental health. My experience includes working in residential and outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol recovery, eating disorder care, mental health specialties, and crisis care in hospital settings.
At the heart of my practice is a deep passion for guiding you back to yourself—helping you reconnect with who you truly are and embrace the love, joy, ease, and fulfillment that’s always been within you.
About Me
I’m a wife and mom to a 3-year-old, and I absolutely adore my 7 yr old Weimaraner. Nature is my happy place, and I’ve always dreamed of learning to ride horses. I love dancing, laughing, and embracing life’s little joys. I’m always a student of life, constantly growing and learning through personal development work, and I have a soft spot for thrifting and finding hidden gems along the way"
