I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and client-centered, integrating a variety of modalities and techniques into my practice and weaving together the intricate connection of mind/body. With a background in yoga and meditation, I implement mindfulness and somatic awareness components as a means to address the whole person. I strive to create a nurturing space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued. I welcome those from all walks of life and embrace the opportunity to work with diverse cultural communities. Rhiannon studied at California State University, East Bay earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California. She’s passionate about her work with others and when she’s not in session with clients you can find her spending quality time with her husband and their adorable cat, spending time with loved ones and being outdoors, experiencing music, finding the best coffee and pastry shops in town, taking a dance class or traveling!
