I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to deeply listen, support, and create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences, and we can work together on whatever life may be throwing your way.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and relationship styles, and I strive to work from a culturally aware perspective.

My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I draw from a range of methods, including person-centered, mindfulness-based, existential, and psychodynamic approaches. I adapt my work to fit what’s most helpful for each person, weaving in somatic techniques, DBT skills, and practices from my introduction to the Hakomi Method.

Connections with others are at the heart of our humanity and vital to our well-being. Many of us benefit from support in developing tools and models to repair, maintain, and strengthen our connections. I’ve found Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy offers a powerful opportunity to heal challenging patterns and feel deeply heard and understood.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, positive change, or tools for growth and transformation, I’m here to support you on your journey.

About Me

I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade and am deeply passionate about supporting self-awareness and personal empowerment.

Outside of my work, I find joy in nature walks with my partner and friends, cooking, dancing, practicing yoga and meditation, and entertaining my playful cats.
