About Me
My therapeutic style is collaborative and stems from a strengths-based perspective that honors and brightens your inner resilience. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where healing and self-discovery can unfold. I specialize in working with young adults, adolescents, and families. My approach is grounded in warmth, cultural humility, and a deep respect for your unique story. My family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, teaching effective conflict resolution, setting appropriate boundaries, and understanding one another’s most important values in order to create more harmony and joy in your home. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to support clients in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and overall emotional well-being. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for all cultures. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University, East Bay in 2023, and have continued building my clinical skills through work with youth, families, and diverse communities.
I look forward to working together and being a part of your life’s journey.
